Terms & Conditions
1. General Overview
Home Harmony Cleaning Services provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services. By booking a cleaning appointment or engaging our services, clients agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Booking and Scheduling
Appointments can be booked by phone, email. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for scheduling or rescheduling. Please allow a 30-minute arrival window due to traffic or unforeseen delays.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in termination of services.
4. Access to Property
Clients must provide safe and reliable access to the property (key, code, or in-person entry). If our team cannot gain access, a $50 lockout fee may apply. Pets should be secured for safety.
5. Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, e-transfer, or approved payment methods. Overdue balances are subject to a $15 late fee per week.
6. Service Guarantee
If you are not fully satisfied with our cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours. We will return to re-clean the area at no additional charge. Refunds are not offered for completed cleanings.
7. Scope of Work
Services will be completed according to the selected cleaning package. We do not move heavy furniture, clean hazardous areas, or perform tasks outside of reasonable cleaning scope.
8. Health and Safety
Our team uses professional cleaning products. Please inform us of any allergies or preferences in advance. We cannot clean up biohazards or unsafe conditions.
9. Privacy Policy
All client information is kept confidential and used solely for scheduling, billing, and communication related to our services. We do not share or sell your personal data.
10. Changes to Policy
Home Harmony Cleaning Services reserves the right to update these policies at any time. Clients will be notified of major changes before their next scheduled appointment.
